Crystal healing add-on

$25 additional cost

A selection of intuitively chosen crystals will be included in your session to assist with energy balancing and support overall healing. The cost covers the additional time spent to intuitively connect with and select the crystals ahead of time, based on your shared intention, and time spent after the session to compose and send a follow-up email with information about the crystals used and any messages received from spirit during or after the session.

 

30 minute Session - $55

  1. Focused sessions, targeting specific areas of discomfort

  2. Basic Swedish relaxation massage (arms, legs, and back, no deep tissue work)

  3. Basic energy balancing and/or intuitive guided meditation

45 minute Session - $75

Budget friendly option for

  1. Focused sessions, targeting specific areas of discomfort and addressing tension and restriction in adjacent areas

  2. Basic Swedish relaxation massage (arms, legs, back, neck and feet, no deep tissue)

  3. Extended energy balancing and/or intuitive guided meditation

60 minute Session - $90

Integrative massage and bodywork, tailored to each client, with extended focus on specific areas of discomfort or full-body massage for re-balancing and relaxation. May include:

  1. Energy balancing and/or intuitive guided meditation

  2. Swedish massage for relaxation, circulation support, softening of tense muscles

  3. Range of motion and kinesthetic awareness through movement to loosen tension around joints and bring client awareness to areas where the body is maintaining a holding pattern

  4. Neuro-muscular trigger point therapy to release muscle knots

  5. Connective tissue therapy to soften restrictions and adhesions in the fascia

  6. Deep tissue massage to address tension in deep muscles and core muscles

75 minute Session - $110

Extended integrative massage and bodywork, tailored to each client, incorporating both targeted work on areas of discomfort and full-body re-balancing. May include:

  1. Energy balancing and/or intuitive guided meditation

  2. Swedish massage for relaxation, circulation support, softening of tense muscles

You may notice that many of the session descriptions are similar….

Each massage, no matter how short or long, is tailored to the needs of each individual client.

Shorter sessions can be supportive for clients who are not seeking to address chronic tension; for those who want focused work on one or two areas only; for those who simply want a moment of supported relaxation; or for those looking for a lower-cost option.

Longer sessions can be supportive for clients who would like to target multiple areas of tension; receive full-body work (head, neck, shoulders, upper pecs/clavicle area, arms, back, hips, legs, and feet); allow time for both extended bodywork and energy work; or for those who simply want to achieve a deeper state of relaxation during the session.

For injury healing and chronic pain/tension, multiple sessions are strongly recommended. While a single session can provide some relief, the longer the body has held a pattern the longer it takes to unwind it. Often there are multiple layers of holding patterns built up to help the body compensate for the original point of imbalance, and it can take several passes to release each one.
